Desktop Engineer IV - Voice Scope

Overview
Providing 1st contact support for desk end voice-related incident and request management.
Responsibilities
- Test and deploy new telephony devices (IPC dealer-board, Avaya handsets, headsets).
- Troubleshoot user-related incidents; escalate to 2nd/3rd line as needed.
- Support IPC, Avaya Telephony, and Zoom issues at users' desks.
- Coordinate with 2nd/3rd line support and third parties (e.g., IPC).
- Maintain communication on incident/request progress.
- Record incident investigations in the incident management system.
- Assist other engineers and provide out-of-hours support for changes or major incidents.
Requirements
- Experience with trade floor support and trader voice telephony (IPC, Avaya, Zoom).
- Understanding of telephony solutions and integrations.
- Ability to support telephony issues and escalate as necessary.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow).
- Ability to work onsite and cover various deskside support activities.
