Desktop Engineer

Our Technology Staffing team is looking to speak with Boston area candidates who would be a good fit according to the specifications below:

Responsibilities: 

• Troubleshoot Active Directory accounts/workstations/Active Directory 

• Work closely with IT to support best practices related to security, application optimization, business processes, and issue resolutions 

• Identify and develop process improvements and efficiencies 

• Document process and procedures for the Help Desk 

• Apply software development lifecycle methodology to ensure quality applications are designed, developed, and delivered 

• Support remote users 

• Attend daily standup meetings and report progress to the team 

Qualifications: 

• Experience with software update deployment and maintenance in SCCM 

• Familiarity with patching MAC devices 

• Experience troubleshooting end-user desktop issues for various applications including Office 365 

• Working knowledge of Active Directory to create user and groups 

• Prominent in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Administration
