Job Description
Deskside Support
Install/reinstall Of Customer standardized Image in case of OS issue/new install request.
IMAC (install, Move, Add, Change) for End user devices
EUC Peripheral Support
Resolve issues related to but not limited to laptop/desktop, EUC application support (Microsoft office and other).
Remote support of Desktop services for small site.
Coordination with Vendors and Webster internal teams
Health-check for EUC devise for security patches using SCCM console to ensure all patches are pushed and compliant.
Service Improvements Procedures
Hands and feet Support to Network and Windows team
Cabling and touch services for End user equipment.
Support for periodic events annual and interim meetings, board meetings etc.
Basic support for Tablet/Mobile device Webster application issue
Reporting
Support for periodic events annual and interim meetings, board meetings etc.
