• Comp TIA A+ certification or similar accredited program, HP Certification
• 3 years of professional repair on PC's including laptops, tablets and Technical workstations
• 3 to 5 years Window client administration
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams
• Ability to create user documentation and basic train materials
• Ability to communicate to remote workers to step the through troubleshooting process with and
without remote access
• Ability to deal with difficult users and circumstances such as users under deadlines and data loss
• Detail oriented
• Organized and professional
• Able to work with others in a team environment while be able to device service at an individual level
and be self sufficient.
