Designer II - Corporate Interiors
Location: Culver City, California
We are seeking an Intermediate Designer to join our client’s dynamic team focused on corporate office projects. This role will involve collaborating with project teams, assuming responsibility for design and documentation, and contributing to various aspects of interior design projects. The Intermediate Designer will work under the guidance of a Job Captain or Project Manager, engaging in tasks such as programming, space planning, pricing plans, and design development. Responsibilities also include coordinating with consultants, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with city requirements.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint. They will possess excellent communication skills, a strong organizational ability, and attention to detail. We seek someone with a proactive, collaborative attitude, who is eager to grow and develop within a team environment. Experience in construction documentation, finish plans, and material selection is essential, along with knowledge of codes and plan check processes.
Qualifications: A BA/BS degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience is required, along with skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
