Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design: Collaborate closely with the Senior Design Manager to develop innovative concepts aligned with sales objectives and brand identity. 2. Trend and Market Knowledge: Conduct thorough global and domestic research to identify emerging trends and integrate them into product lines. Attend industry events to stay informed and analyze market dynamics. 3. Fabric, Trim, and Color Development: Select materials, trims and accessories that inspire fresh design concepts while meeting quality standards. 4. Technical Skills: Translate creative concepts into precise technical flats and oversee prototype fittings to maintain design integrity. 5. Leadership: Mentor junior team members, manage team’s workflow, and foster cross-functional partnerships to streamline the design process. 6. Communication: Effectively articulate creative vision from concept to finished product and present designs to merchandising for consideration. 7. Business Analytics: Analyze sales data and competitor offerings to inform design decisions. 8. Quality: Collaborate with Product Development to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations.
