DUTIES
- Electronics engineer responsible for functional verification of audio CODECs and other mixed signal products. Detailed responsibilities include but are not limited to: verification planning, testbench development, failure analysis and resolution, coverage analysis and population, digital/mixed-signal modeling, directed/constraint-random test generation, formal verification analysis with execution, proficient knowledge of scripting languages and flow development. Candidates must work closely with digital/analog designers, applications engineers, and manufacturing test to support both pre-silicon verification and post silicon validation efforts of integrated circuits employing knowledge of electronic theory and materials properties.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering, or a closely related field. In addition, the position requires: knowledge of Verilog and SystemVerilog sufficient to develop and debug RTL design, develop system Verilog test benches, tests, checkers and SystemVerilog assertions and functional coverage files; knowledge of UVM-based verification sufficient to create, enhance or maintain UVM based verification methodologies and test bench infrastructure; knowledge of functional verification sufficient to triage regressions, analyze failures, report bugs in design and verify their fixes; knowledge of digital design sufficient to understand the RTL, identify and report bugs and drive them to a resolution in collaboration with designers.
