DUTIES
- Electronics engineer responsible for functional verification of audio CODECs and other mixed signal products. Detailed responsibilities include but are not limited to: verification planning, testbench development, failure analysis and resolution, coverage analysis and population, digital/mixed-signal modeling, directed/constraint-random test generation, formal verification analysis with execution, proficient knowledge of scripting languages and flow development. Candidates must work closely with digital/analog designers, applications engineers, and manufacturing test to support both pre-silicon verification and post silicon validation efforts of integrated circuits employing knowledge of electronic theory and materials properties.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering, or a closely related field. In addition, the position requires knowledge of and proficiency with industry standard formal verification tools and industry standard assertion verification languages to perform mathematical analyses of absolute behaviors given constraints and thereby yield certainty via proofs of correctness given the constraints, and counter-examples for failures given the constraints; and knowledge of and proficiency with verification development languages for static and dynamic verification of mixed signal integrated circuits.
