DUTIES
- Electronics engineer responsible for functional verification of audio CODECs and other mixed signal products. Detailed responsibilities include but are not limited to: verification planning, testbench development, failure analysis and resolution, coverage analysis and population, digital/mixed-signal modeling, directed/constraint-random test generation, formal verification analysis with execution, proficient knowledge of scripting languages and flow development. Candidates must work closely with digital/analog designers, applications engineers, and manufacturing test to support both pre-silicon verification and post silicon validation efforts of integrated circuits employing knowledge of electronic theory and materials properties.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering, or a closely related field plus three years of experience. Alternatively, a Bachelor of Science in one of the foregoing fields plus five years of experience. In all cases, experience must include 3 years of experience with developing and using class based SystemVerilog and reference model to verify RTL design; 2 years of experience with writing processor assembly code for verification; and 3 years of experience using event-based simulator (VCS, Incisive) to verify RTL design and debug with waveforms. All experience may be gained concurrently.
