As a Permanent Design Engineer Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the technology industry.
2. Proven experience in solution design, solutions architecture, and integration.
3. Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of managing and motivating high-performing teams.
4. Strong technical acumen, with a deep understanding of design engineering principles and best practices.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a knack for developing innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
6. Superior communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information to a variety of stakeholders.
7. A strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
8. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
