As a Design Engineer I, you will:
- Work closely with the CEMS Engineering teams to develop an understanding of the solutions and designs we create to meet our customer’s needs.
- Create, revise, and finalize designs using AutoCAD at the direction of our experienced engineers.
- Learn to develop parts and material specifications.
- Provide support to Technical Writing and Project Management teams in the creation of technical documentation, system manuals, and customer requested documentation.
- Work with engineers to generate, revise, and finalize BOMs.
- Complete and maintain technical submittals as required.
- Participate in technical discussions, kick-off meetings, FATs and other related meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical preferred or other engineering degrees with strong electrical experience
- Exposure to generating electrical design drawings and schematics
- Knowledge of Pneumatic Controls, Relay Logic, Power Distribution and Electrical controls a plus.
- Proficient with AutoCAD for Electrical and Mechanical applications.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Excellent skills with MS Office including Excel and MS Word.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
- Proven top-performer and team player in past positions.
