Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of innovative products, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry standards.
- Utilize 3D modeling and CAD software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar, to create detailed design plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and marketing, to ensure product feasibility and to streamline the production process.
- Conduct thorough product testing and analysis to identify potential issues and to ensure product reliability and quality.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to product development.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and CAD software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
- Extensive experience in product development, from initial concept to final production.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
