We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative designs for custom products, ensuring they are manufacturable and meet client specifications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life and improve existing designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and create custom product designs using AutoCAD and Solid Edge.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability (DFM).
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing to validate design concepts.
- Modify and enhance existing designs based on feedback and testing results.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and specifications for production.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Design Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Solid Edge.
- Strong understanding of Design For Manufacturability (DFM) principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
