This role expands our Ballard team, who is backed by a network of primary and specialty care providers and supported by access to complex imaging, lab and pharmacy. Growing together** **.** **Required Qualifications:** + BC/BE in Dermatology + Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the state of WA + Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice **Washington Residents Only** : The salary range for **Washington** residents is $500,000 to $635,717.00 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
