This individual works under direction and supervision of the technologist, supervisor or Radiologist. They are responsible for performing receptionist/clerical duties for the Diagnostic Imaging department with rare exceptions of patient care as needed. They are responsible for the patient schedules throughout the department as well as communicating information/images between provider’s offices and the technologists in the Diagnostic Imaging department.
Related Years of Experience Required: Working in a medical office setting and medical terminology is preferred
Skills Required: Previous experience as secretary or receptionist. Medical terminology knowledge (preferred)
Shift: Working 32 hours a week, Monday – Friday. Shifts are- 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Or 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
