Full-time General Dentist Opportunity in Phoenix, AZ.

$10,000 Signing Bonus

• Competitive Compensation with annual income between $205,000 and $400,000. Up to $10,000 in Sign on or Relocation. NO production targets

Position Details:

• Full team of in house Board eligible, or Certified, specialists to support your specialty needs
• Predominantly PPO practice
• Comprehensive dental office 
• Compensation
• 32% of production
• Up to $10,000 in Sign On or Relocation

Schedule:

• 5 days a week
• Monday- Friday

Position Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred
• Accredited Dental School Graduate
• Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
