Both locations are situated in McKean County, Pennsylvania. One is conveniently located near the New York border, just a 78-mile drive from Buffalo. - Competitive Pay: $230,000 Annual Guarantee Salary

- Patient Volume: 2 pt per hour

- Licensure: Must obtain a PA license
