Part-Time - 2 days a week - Wednesdays & Fridays

Key Highlights:

• Location: Baltimore MD
• Patient Base: Pediatric care, Medicaid office with some PPO patients
• Work Schedule: Wednesdays & Fridays only, 8-5pm
• Technology: Modern office with digital equipment

Compensation and Benefits:

• Income Potential: $200,000-$400,000 (Full-Time)
• Guaranteed Minimum: $700-$1,000 per day (depending on experience)
• Production Bonus: 30-35% of adj collections
• Additional Benefits(Full-time): Health Insurance, Life Savings Plan, mentorship, CE benefits, malpractice Insurance
• Long-term Employment: Possible future Full-Time employment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Dental License: DDS or DMD eligible for or currently holding a Maryland dental license.
• Pediatric Specialist or General Dentist (who enjoys treating kids)
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Quality Focus: Commitment to high-quality standards and necessary procedures only AND enjoy treating children.
