To prosper as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you should possess the following:
- At least 3+ years of dental experience
- Solid computer skills and comfort with technology
- Experience with Dentrix (Dentrix Ascend) preferred
- Personable and professional communication skills
- Stellar time management and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office

- Plan dental treatment and discuss a financial plan with patients
- Schedule and confirm appointments; dental receptionist duties
- Update patient personal insurance information
- Enter payments and personal insurance onto patient accounts
- Prepare daily deposits
- Run A/R reports and insurance
