The Full Time Dental Treatment and Billing Coordinator plays a crucial role in our dental practice by coordinating patient treatment plans and managing billing processes. This individual serves as a liaison between patients, clinicians, and administrative staff to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of dental services while maintaining accurate billing and financial records.
Full Time Dental Treatment and Billing Coordinator Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 3:00 pm, occasional Friday

- Coordinate patient treatment plans, including scheduling appointments, explaining procedures, and obtaining necessary authorizations.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on treatment options.
- Process insurance claims, verify insurance coverage, and communicate with insurance providers to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Generate accurate billing statements, process payments, and reconcile accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with clinicians and administrative staff to optimize workflow and enhance the patient experience.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to billing and insurance procedures.
- High school diploma required
- 2 or more years dental front office experience required
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team
