- Greet patients, verify and update patient information, schedule patient appointments, check in and check out patients, fill in cancellations, confirm appointments, prepare patient treatment plans, arrange patient payment schedules, organize referrals, prepare claim forms for insurance, safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality, monitor and maintain front office inventory, engagement coordinator for social media.
