Do you have the drive and passion to help others improve their oral health in the way that we do? As a Dental Front Office Receptionist, you will deliver best-in-class patient care and focus on putting every patient first, every visit.
We are seeking a Dental Front Office Receptionist to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice in Tampa, Florida.

Schedule: This is a part-time position (with the opportunity to go Full-Time long term):
- Monday 7:45am-5:00pm
- Tuesday 7:45am-5:00pm
- Wednesday 7:45am - 5:00pm
- Thursday 7:45am - 5:00pm
- Friday (2 per month) 7:45am-2pm
The Front Office Coordinator should:
- Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
- Develop productive schedules.
- Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.
- Manage patient documents and records.
- Process and complete claim forms.
- Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
- At least 3 years of experience working in similar roles
- Experience with Eaglesoft
- Strong knowledge of Dental operations
- Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
- Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
