Dental Receptionist - Direct Hire - Spherion

Our client is looking to hire a dental receptionist immediately at their Park Ridge location.

Responsibilities:
-Welcome customers in the dental office
-Schedule appointments
-Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
-Sterilize instruments according to regulations

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Attention to detail
- Well-organized and reliable
- Additional certification or training is an asset

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-2 year???s experience as dental receptionist
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Comfortable using various computer software
- High school diploma
