Dental Receptionist
Busy, modern, high-end, Prosthodontic office is looking to add a Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone responsible, reliable, punctual, and a team player. Candidate must have prior experience working in a dental office and have experience with any dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Softdent, etc).
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Hours are Monday 9:30 am - 7 pm, Tuesday 9:30 am - 5 pm and Wednesday and Thursday 9:30 am - 7:30 pm
- Have a pleasant demeanor as you check in and check out our patients
- Walkout patients and collect payments.
- Answer phones.
- Schedule future appointments.
- Confirm Existing appointments
- Perform other routine tasks of a Dental Receptionist
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Dental office experience.
- Highly functioning and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional yet friendly demeanor with patients, as well as with doctors, and fellow team members.
- Familiarity with dental procedure codes and billing.
- Familiarity with PPO insurance plans is a plus but is not required
