About the Job
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments
- Maintain patient records and update medical history forms
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned

- Proficient in using dental practice management software such as Dentrix, eClinicalWorks, or Eaglesoft
- Must Speak English and Spanish
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and providers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with medical records management and maintaining confidentiality
