Dental Patient Care Coordinator at New Leaf Dental Care

Every Friday off! We work Monday-Thursday 7:45am to 5:00pm.  We are looking for a compassionate, friendly multitasker who works well as a team.  Job duties include greeting and checking in patients for their appointments. Checking out patients and going  over any future treatment costs and schedule the patient back for treatment. Call and confirm patients for upcoming appointments. Answer incoming phones calls. Gather current insurance benefits for patients with upcoming appointments. Check in lab cases and notate on upcoming appointments.
