Family-Friendly Dental Practice Seeks Friendly, Hardworking Receptionist

Who are we? We are a warm, welcoming, family-friendly dental office focused on providing the highest level of care possible. We treat all our patients like family and we work diligently together to give our patients with an excellent experience every appointment.

We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and hard-working person to join our team as a receptionist. Someone who enjoys communicating with people would be a great fit for this position. A warm and welcoming personality is a must. No prior experience in a dental office is required.

As a receptionist in our office, here are some of the duties you will be responsible for:

• Answering phone calls - Welcoming patients to our practice with a great attitude and customer service.
• Checking in/out patients - Ensuring that all paperwork for patients is filled out prior to their appointment. Collecting payments from patients following their visit.
• Scheduling patients - Have and understanding of dental procedures and the schedule so that patients can be scheduled in an effective and convenient way.
• Insurance eligibility - Calling insurance companies to inform patients if the services we provide will be covered by insurance.

Requirements:

• Associates degree is preferred
• A high school diploma is required
