ABOUT THIS ADMINISTRATIVE POSITION
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Every other Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Fridays Off!
Your Role: As a Dental Office Manager, from the moment you arrive, you're the backbone of our bustling practice. You manage patient schedules, coordinate care, and ensure every interaction is smooth and stress-free. Supervising staff and keeping morale high, you're a trusted leader who maintains a cohesive and efficient team. Navigating Eaglesoft software like a pro, you handle billing, insurance claims, and patient financial planning with precision. Your efforts keep our office running seamlessly, ensuring exceptional experiences for our patients.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- 5+ years of experience in dental office management
- Experience in a patient coordinator role
- Expertise in patient coordination, staff management, billing, filing insurance claims, and patient financing
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft dental software
- Proficiency in dental (not other medical) scheduling, insurance claims processing, and treatment planning
- A professional, team-oriented attitude and strong organizational skills
