Dental Office Manager - Gpac

My client is Looking for an energetic Dental Office Manager with a great personality and amazing communication skills to join our fantastic team. We are a fast-growing state-of-the-art private practice with a tremendous focus on customer service. My client strives to hire great people from top to bottom, to ensure an efficient flow of daily operations; from the reception area to dental assisting staff.

Responsibilities:

• Track and improve performance of front and office staff, and dental assistance
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Create financial plans and collect treatment money.
• Handle supply and equipment management.
• Answer calls and schedule patients.
• Ask patients for feedback.
• Handle dental insurance claims and ensure a positive working relationship with dental insurance companies.
• Set up and clean operatories, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Dental office experience: 1 year (Required)
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
