Our focus is primarily on implant-based restorations and complex restorative dentistry, requiring seamless multi-department coordination and collaboration. Role and Responsibilities:
As the Dental Lab Manager, you will serve as a key point of contact for our organization and provide strong leadership to our team under the guidance of the owners. We are seeking a candidate with exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and extensive dental expertise.
Key duties include:
- Managing and supervising all teams and team members.
- Collaborating with management to resolve challenges and deliver outstanding customer support.
- Overseeing implant-based and complex restorative cases, guiding teams to ensure accurate treatment planning and workflows.
- Directly supervising department leaders and aligning teams with the organization’s vision.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Prior dental lab management experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Professional work ethic and excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in multitasking and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with dental terminology.
- Dependable team player.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
