Rochelle is a nice, small town. Most people know each other, and it's easy to get around. The people are very friendly. Rochelle Illinois is the best place for weekend getaways and vacations. Less than 2 hours drive from Chicago makes this an easy and affordable getaway!!
Schedule (days/hours):Monday- Thursday 8-5 P/T or F/T-Choose the days that work best for you!Responsibilities:As a valued member of the Midwest Dental team, your primary focus will be delivering exceptional care while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for our patients. Your key responsibilities include:
- Exceptional Patient Care: Provide top-tier patient care while creating a welcoming and positive experience, guided by our G3 model – Greeting, Guiding, and Gratitude.
- Promote Inclusion and Safety: Maintain a Safe Smile Space (S3) by ensuring a safe, inclusive, and comfortable environment for all patients and team members.
- Preventive and Therapeutic Care: Deliver professional dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments to improve and maintain patients' oral health.
- Oral Health Assessments: Conduct screenings to assess patients’ periodontal health and identify any oral health concerns, including oral cancer screenings.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on tailored oral hygiene techniques and the effects of conditions such as malocclusion to encourage proactive health management.
- Comprehensive Care Approach: Screen for individual patient needs, offering education and recommendations for improving overall oral and systemic health.
- Continuous Development: Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your leadership, clinical, and business skills, supported by Smile Brands' learning programs.
By embodying these responsibilities, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every patient receives the best care while supporting their journey to improved oral health and wellness.
Qualifications:- Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
- A current CPR certification
