Dental Hygienist - Triangle Family Dentistry

Responsibilities:

• Take digital radiographs and chart existing conditions.
• Perform periodontal charting, routine prophylaxis, and fluoride applications.
• Manage soft tissue, scaling, and root planning.
• Present treatment plans with insurance details and maintain accurate notes.

Schedule: Four-day workweek, including one evening until 6 PM and one Saturday per month.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Dental Hygienist and BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience with digital x-rays and knowledge of ADA codes.
• Annual OSHA, HIPAA, BLS, and infection control training required.
