- Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
- A current CPR certification

- Compensation: $50 - $80 per hour
- Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan
- As a dental hygienist, you'll also enjoy complimentary CEs and access to other internal training opportunities to support your growth
- A dental hygienist has an integral role in helping patients achieve their best oral health
- Schedule (days/hours): Monday - Friday (part-time or full-time) Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care and create a welcoming environment for all patients in alignment with our G3 model (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude)
- Promote a Safe Smile Space (S3) for everyone, where safety and inclusion are paramount
- Provide dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments
- Screen patients' periodontal health
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
- Perform oral cancer screenings
- Screen for individual needs including malocclusion and educate patients about potential impacts
- Continually develop leadership capabilities and business acumen through continued learning opportunities provided both externally and by Smile Brands
