Dental Hygienist - Mondovi Dental

Overview:

Mondovi Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a dental hygienist and offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates can choose their preferred schedule, with available shifts on Tuesday from 12-7 PM and Wednesday from 8 AM-5 PM. • Deliver exceptional patient care and create a welcoming environment for all patients in alignment with our G3 model (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude)
• Promote a Safe Smile Space (S3) for everyone, where safety and inclusion are paramount
• Provide dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments
• Screen patients’ periodontal health
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques 
• Perform oral cancer screenings
• Screen for individual needs including malocclusion and educate patients about potential impacts
• Continually develop leadership capabilities and business acumen through continued learning opportunities provided both externally and by Smile Brands

Qualifications:

• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
• A current CPR certification 

Compensation:$42 -$50 per hour+ uncapped additional compensationAbout:
