Overview
- $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!
- Full Time Hygienist in Daytona Beach, FL
- 5 days per week, Monday-Friday
- 7:45am-5:00pm
- Location: 1540 Cornerstone Blvd., Daytona Beach , Florida 32117
- Hourly Rate or Percentage of Production (whichever is greater)
- Benefits: Medical Insurance, 401k, Vision, PTO, etc.

Qualifications
- State Hygiene License
