Dental Hygienist - Uniting People

Essential Duties:

• Assess dental conditions and needs.

• Document patient records accurately.
• Provide patient education on oral health.

Qualifications:

• Licensed in Illinois.
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program.
• CPR certification required.
