Desired clinical experience:
- Open to New Grads and those with experience
- Valid Dental Hygienist license in MA
- Strong communication skills and a positive, patient-friendly attitude
- Willingness to continue to grow, be trained when needed and learn with the profession and clinic
- Knowledge of dental software for charting and documentation
- CPR certification is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Special skillset ideal but not mandatory; Sleep Apnea, TMJ and working with a Prosthodontist
Schedule: • Monday – Thurs
Compensation: • Competitive hourly rate

- Perform Dental Cleanings: Provide thorough scaling, polishing, and root planing procedures to remove plaque, tartar, and stains from patients’ teeth.
- Patient Education: Offer personalized oral hygiene advice and demonstrate proper brushing and flossing techniques to maintain oral health between visits.
- Dental Screenings: Examine patients' gums and teeth for signs of oral disease or abnormalities, such as gingivitis or oral cancer, and report findings to the dentist.
- X-Rays: Take and process dental X-rays as needed, ensuring the proper positioning and protection of patients during imaging.
- Documentation: Record detailed notes of patient visits, including current conditions, treatments provided, and recommendations for follow-up care.
- Apply Preventive Treatments: Administer fluoride treatments and sealants to strengthen teeth and prevent cavities.
- Assist the Dentist: Support the dentist during procedures, providing any necessary tools and ensuring patient comfort.
- Sterilization & Infection Control: Maintain a clean, sterile environment by properly sanitizing instruments and equipment between patients, and adhering to OSHA and infection control standards.
- Patient Comfort: Ensure a calming, professional atmosphere by addressing patient concerns and providing a relaxing experience for all ages.
