Dental Front Office Receptionist - Chagrin Family Dental Care

At Chagrin Family Dental Care, we are seeking a Dental Dental Front Office Receptionist to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice.

What we’ll offer you:

Schedule: Part time - 2 days/week

• Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
• Thursday 10:00am - 4:00pm

The Dental Front Office Receptionist should:

• Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.

• Develop productive schedules.

• Manage patient documents and records.

• Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.

• 1 year of prior experience working in dentistry or related field is preferred
• Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix, is preferred
• Knowledge of Dental operations is preferred
• Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits is preferred
• Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
