Job Overview
Our high-end boutique dental practice in Beverly Hills is looking for an amazing Dental Front Desk to work with the rest of the staff and make the ideal patient experience.

Paid continuing education is also part of the job!

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the front desk, scheduling, and greeting patients.
• Oversee scheduling of appointments, ensuring optimal patient flow and minimizing wait times.
• Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure proper hygiene scheduling.

HOURS:

Mon, Tues, Thu 7:40 - 5:00

Wed 8:40 - 4:00

Friday 8:40 - 1:00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00- $30.00 per hour

Requirements

Dental Office experience

Able to present treatments and verify insurance. Knowledge of Dentrix and Excel.

Comfort in dealing with patients in person or by phone
