Schedule: We have a wonderful work schedule with NO weekends!
- Monday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Tuesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Wednesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
- Saturday: Off
- Sunday: Off
The Dental Front Office Coordinator should (but not limited to) :
- Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
- Develop productive schedules.
- Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.
- Manage patient documents and records.
- Process and complete claim forms.
- Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of front office experience in a dental office
- Basic knowledge of Dental operations
- Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
