YOUR TYPICAL DAY

As our Dental Front Desk Receptionist, your day starts by greeting patients with a warm smile and welcoming them to the office. You manage the schedule, booking appointments and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Throughout the day, you answer calls, assist with patient check-ins and check-outs, and handle insurance verifications. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key as you ensure the front desk area is always running efficiently. By the end of the day, you'll have helped patients feel comfortable and organized, all while supporting our team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience with Dentrix software
• Dental office experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A positive, patient-focused attitude

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time, in-office position that works the following hours:

• Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
