Position Overview:

We are seeking a unique Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our equally unique, fee-for-service practice. We are looking for someone who is proactive and eager to be a part of an untraditional team that is dedicated to pioneering the way dentistry is performed.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive experience from initial introduction to the moment they walk through the door. Your responsibilities will include managing the front desk, coordinating patient appointments, handling financial transactions, and supporting the overall operations of the practice.

Additionally, experience in social media management is a plus, as we actively engage with our community on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Must be comfortable on-camera.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome patients and visitors as the first point of contact.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal appointment flow.
• Answer phone calls and manage virtual communications in a professional and timely manner.
• Present treatment plans and financial options to patients, ensuring clear understanding and agreement.
• Educate patients on dental procedures, post-treatment care, and the importance of oral health.
• Utilize Eaglesoft dental software for patient records, scheduling, billing, and other administrative tasks.
• Handle patient billing, third party financing options and financial arrangements with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in managing the practice's social media presence, including support with content creation and engagement on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
• Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans, financial arrangements, and appointment reminders.
• Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and understanding in all patient interactions.
• Stay informed about industry and office changes, procedures and standard of care to effectively communicate with patients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental front desk or similar role is highly preferred.
• RDA clinical experience
• Knowledge of dental practice operations, procedures, and financials.
• Experience with cosmetic cases, implants, full mouth rehabilitation, or presenting high-end cases is helpful.
• Proficiency with Eaglesoft dental software and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Experience in social media management, particularly on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up diligently.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a patient-focused approach.
• Clear understanding of both the clinical and business aspects of dentistry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional extended hours.
