Cheerful Dental Business Coordinator: Receptionist/Financial - Full Time (32 hrs/wk: M-Th)
We are looking for a cheerful, outgoing, and polished individual who has several years of excellent customer service and is detail-oriented. We are a highly-rated dental office. Patients love our unrivaled customer service! They also comment positively about how the same staff have been here for several years.

We will provide training/mentorship! No Dental experience is necessary.
Preference towards those who have worked in hospitality/customer service for several years, and has a knack for numbers.

Our office is open: M, T, W, Th (8:30-5:30)
- You will be working alongside another coworker at the front desk.
- Must be confident and observant when working with numbers. (accounting, insurances, ledgers)
- Must be coachable and be a natural team player.
- Must be reliable and drama-free.
- We are a small office of 4-5 mature, professional, and happy team members.
Job duties primarily include:
- Discussing financial arrangements with patients.
- Handling difficult discussions with patients (insurance, complaints/concerns, statement balances, etc)
- Analyzing insurance limitations and ability to answer patients' insurance questions.
- Entering Treatment plans and treatment estimates.
- Following up on patients to schedule and accept pending treatment.
- Consistently reviewing and sending statements to minimize Accounts Receivables.
- Spearheading strategies on increasing office productivity, elevating customer service, and marketing.
- Reviewing insurance payments, reviewing EOBs to reconcile patient account ledgers.
- Manage patient appts from check-in to check-out.
- Scheduling Doctor and Hygiene patients.
- Receptionist and administrative duties.
