Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor, creating a positive first impression of our office.
-Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist vendors and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the mail scan/distribution process and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Validate all deliveries and Amazon package processing.
- Coordinate with office staff to optimize flow and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining ordering office supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area for a professional and inviting atmosphere.
- Handle ad hoc requests/projects.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of dental experience is required.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and empathetic attitude towards patients.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using office software systems and general computer skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
