Dental Assistant. - Bright Side Dental.

We are seeking experienced dental assistants to join our growing team of nine family practices. This role focuses on supporting dentists and hygienists during procedures while ensuring a comfortable patient experience.

Essential Functions:

• Assist with dental procedures
• Set up treatment rooms
• Perform dental charting, x-rays, photos, and scans
• Maintain a safe work environment following OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent customer service skills
