We"re currently seeking a highly skilled Dental Assistant to join our team and contribute to exceptional patient care.
Job Details
- Compensation: $26 - $29 per hour
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:53am - 5pm
- Location: 18040 Sherman Way #350 Reseda, CA 91335
What We Offer:
- PTO: Earn one week of paid time off after one year of employment, two weeks after three years, and three weeks after five years.
- Sick Time: Accrue one hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked from day one, with a maximum accrual of 48 hours per year. Unused hours roll over each year.

As our Dental Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
- Preparing and maintaining dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms for each patient.
- Taking and processing accurate digital X-rays, ensuring high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Sterilizing and disinfecting dental instruments according to established infection control protocols.
- Welcoming patients, inquiring about their medical history, and preparing them for treatment.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment charts, medical histories, and consent forms.
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments, confirmations, and reminders.
- Staying updated with industry best practices, infection control protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a dental assistant program preferred.
- Previous experience as a dental assistant is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology.
- Proficient in taking and processing digital dental X-rays.
- Familiarity with dental software and appointment scheduling systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and safety procedures.

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
