Dental Assistant. - Bright Side Dental.

We are seeking both experienced dental assistants and those interested in learning the role to join our growing team of nine family practices. Our focus is on providing growth and training opportunities for team members to advance their careers.

Position Summary: Assist dentists and hygienists with procedures while ensuring a comfortable patient experience.

Essential Functions:

• Assist with dental procedures
• Set up treatment rooms
• Perform dental charting, x-rays, photos, and scans
• Maintain a safe work environment following OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of dental assisting experience preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent customer service skills
