Savard is hiring a Dental Hygienist for work in Reno, NV for job # 20248

Job Scope/Duties:
Clean teeth: Remove plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth
Apply sealants and fluorides: Protect teeth from decay
Take and develop x-rays: Determine the extent of decay and disease
Assess oral health: Examine oral areas, head, and neck for signs of disease
Educate patients: Teach proper oral hygiene techniques and counsel patients on oral health
Document patient care: Record patient care and treatment plans, and update patient health and dental history forms
Sterilize equipment: Practice universal precautions and other sterilization and infection control procedures
Assist dentists: Assist dentists with minor procedures and selecting treatments for diseases
Manage patients: Review daily schedules with the administrative assistant, and work to schedule patients efficiently
Communicate with patients: Communicate with patients in a professional way, and check on their comfort during treatment


Work Experience:
- 2 years of proven experience as a Dental Hygienist
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Requirements:
Valid Drivers License
Drug Screening

Shifts/Hours:
Monday-Friday 8-5 (short days on Wednesday + Friday)

Pay:
$50.00 per hour
Up to $2000 weekly w/40 hours

Benefits Offered:
Will discuss after 90 days
