Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Dental Assistant Lead to join our family in Longmont, CO.
The Dental Assistant Lead supervises all dental assisting functions, including chairside assisting, sterilization, accurate charting and management of patient records, laboratory, inventory of dental supplies, and records maintenance of equipment. The Dental Assistant Lead approaches his/her duties in a team-based fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change.
We offer:
- Starting Wage is $21.50 to $26 per hour
- 5-day work week – Monday to Friday – 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

Supervision Received:
Works under the direct supervision of the Center Dental Director, Associate Center Manager, or Center Management Director depending on the size and leadership model of the clinic. Receives guidance and development in specific content areas and delegation of day-to-day activities from dentists and dental hygienists.
Supervision Exercised:
Provides formal supervision to Dental Assistants including development, training, coaching, hiring, performance evaluation, time management, and scheduling.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Dental Assistant Certification
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience as a dental assistant
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
