At Taylor Brook Dental Associates in Auburn, ME, we're looking for an attentive and collaborative person to support our respected practice as a full-time Dental Assistant! BECOMING OUR DENTAL ASSISTANT
You're a vital part of our dentistry team, working closely with the dentist to provide exceptional services for our patients. No two days are the same as you perform radiographs, take impressions, obtain blood pressure readings, and assist chairside during various procedures. Between appointments, you reset treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to prepare everything for the next patient. You also help with scheduling procedures and updating medical records. A great attitude is crucial as you assist the dentist, educate patients, and contribute to another successful day!
Would you excel in this position? Here's what you need:
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and work on your feet
A state dental radiology license or an expanded function dental assistant (EFDA) license would be preferred but isn't required. Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software would be a bonus!
